Registration Forms
The Registration Fee is $195 per person and includes a continental breakfast, cart, green fees, range balls and a picnic luncheon. Golfers may register for the tournament when registering online for the WM2012 Conference at www.wmsym.org or by completing the attached registration form below.
Golf Tournament Sponsorship Opportunities
Honor Sponsorship - $6,000 donation
- Two foursomes, total of 8 golfers to participate.
- One representative to sit at the Honors and Awards Luncheon head table.
- The representative will be recognized and invited to stand and be photographed with the student receiving their scholarship check from the Post Foundation. This photo will be posted on the WMS and Post Foundation websites.
- Half page advertisement space in the Insight Daily Conference Newsletter.
- Two foursomes, total of 8 golfers to participate.
- One representative to sit at the Honors and Awards Luncheon head table.
- 1/4 page advertisement space in the Insight Daily Conference Newsletter.
- Foursome and Pair of golfers, total of 6 golfers to participate.
- One foursome, total of 4 golfers to participate.
