FAQ’s for Roy G. Post Foundation Scholarships

 

Who Can Apply?

All students currently enrolled in secondary educational programs in any technical or policy fields with the objective of contributing to the safe management of nuclear materials are eligible.

How Do I Apply?

Students interested in applying for the Roy G. Post Foundation Scholarship should visit www.roygpost.org. There you will find the Application and Reference forms which both need to filled out and sent by October 31, 2008. You may send your forms by email to post@wmarizona.org or by fax at +1-520-829-3550. 

What Represents a Complete Application?

To be considered for a Post Foundation scholarship, this form must be completed and signed by an employer, academic advisor, counselor or instructor. Two references are required and an application is not considered complete until both references are received.

Who Selects Scholars?

The people that select applicants for the Roy G. Post Foundation Scholarship are the Trustees of the Post Foundation.

When do I find out if I am selected for a Post Scholarship?
Recipients will be notified in early January 2009. You will receive a letter of acceptance from Michelle Rehmann, President of the Post Foundation giving you more details on attending the WM2009 conference and how to accept your scholarship.
